Kiddieland operates play areas with coin-operated machines in hundreds of locations across Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Without remote oversight capabilities, they faced constant uncertainty about machine operational status, making maintenance reactive rather than proactive.

ProPyro, a Dutch consumer-grade fireworks retailer operating across Netherlands and Germany, couldn't find existing e-commerce platforms capable of handling the fireworks industry's unique requirements. Traditional platforms lacked the sophisticated inventory management, regulatory compliance features, and specialized storage tracking needed for pyrotechnic products.
